Terms of Sale
C.O.D., Cash in advance on special orders, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Diner's Club accepted. Our regular terms on established open accounts are net 30 days, after date of invoice.
Returned goods
Goods may only be returned to us with our permission and freight prepaid within five (5) days after receipt. Except in cases of error on our part, there will be a restocking charge. Any custom or special ordered items are not eligible for return or cancellation.
Back Orders
Occaionally items are out of stock do to an unusual demand or slow delivery by factories. Such back orders will be noted on sales order and will be shipped when received unless notified by you.
Warranties
Warranties on any merchandise purchased from us are limited to the written warranties given by the manufacturers of the merchandise. There are no other warranties extended or implied by our company. In any event, we cannot be responsible for special or consequential damages, direct or indirect, arising from the use of, or the inability to use the merchandise.
Ownership and Title
It is understood that we retain title to all property described on the sales orders until paid in full by you or your represenative.
Quotations and Bids
All quotations and bids are firm for 30 days only. All quotations and bids are subject to all federal, state and local taxes where applicable.
Freight Charges
All prices, except where noted, do not include freight and delivery. All truck shipments are freight prepaid and must be paid prior to the shipping of your merchandise. UPS charges must be added to your invoice.
Claims
All merchandise should be checked against packing slip. Any damage or loss sustained in shipment should be reported to the carrier and noted on the freight bill.
Price Changes
All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. Items on which there has been a major increase will not be shipped, We assume minor changes are understandable and ship accordingly. Please call us for your protection.
NOTE: Some items may be shipped special order.
